TypeBlossom provides a typing tutor application with lessons, games, progress tracking, and multiplayer features. The Service is available as both a web application and desktop application.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

TypeBlossom offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic lessons and limited games
• Premium Tier: Full access to all features, lessons, games, and multiplayer mode

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. User Content

Custom challenges and practice text you create remain your property. By sharing content publicly, you grant TypeBlossom a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TypeBlossom and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy
